Enrollment Procedure

Registration materials may be obtained from the Sunbeam Children’s Center office.

 

Items needed to register are:

o       a completed registration form

o       a $75.00 non-refundable registration/activity/

     materials fee ($50.00 non-refundable for 1-day class)

o       child’s original birth certificate

o       health form including immunization records (must be submitted prior to the first day of attendance)

o       parent agreement form (must be submitted prior to the first day of attendance)

 

Weekday Nursery

• 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
• Only open on Wednesdays and Fridays
• Ages 3 months – 5 years
• Registration fee of $10.00 due annually beginning in September
• Daily charge of $15.00 for first child and $12.00 for each sibling
• Reservations are required by noon of the day prior to the day of use.  Staff for each day is determined by the number of reservations.  If there is a limited number of reservations, the nursery will be closed for that day.
• The nursery is open to church families attending Bible studies, church meetings, or other church related activities.  The weekday nursery is also open to church families as well as the community for personal use.
